Legend of Time, Inc. is a family owned and operated business since 1994, formally known as Chicago Watch Center.  In 2010, under new family ownership, the watch store was moved to a newly renovated space at 3 S. Wabash Ave., in Chicago's landmark Jeweler's Row.  We are proud to be a part of this Chicago shopping district that has been a jewelry and watch shopping tradition for Chicago locals and our visitors for over 150 years.

Legend of Time is a member of International Watch and Jewelry Guild (IWJG), and we attend over twelve dealer-only exhibitions a year.  Our watch collection frequently varies and includes exclusive selection of pre-owned and vintage timepieces.

Staying current on values and trends allows Legend of Time to offer fair prices on trade and procurement services with a proven reputation of over 15 years.

In 2011, we launched the website www.legendoftime.com to offer our collection to the national and international shoppers.  All watches for sale on the site are in our stores inventory unless noted otherwise.  All pre-owned merchandise undergoes a Certified Pre-Owned Inspection and all pictures are taken by staff photographer and are of the actual timepieces.

About the IWJG

The IWJG was founded in 1988.  With over 5,200 members from 57 countries, the International Watch & Jewelry Guild (IWJG) is the world's most active central exchange for acquiring, buying, selling and trading fine vintage, collectable timepieces, estate jewelry, and important diamonds.

IWJG members receive invitations to 12 to 14 trade shows per year.  Members trade in vintage and modern watches, jewelry, diamonds, gold, gems, pens, coins, stamps, clocks, estate jewelry, antique jewelry, entire store stocks, entire manufacturer stocks, and close-out lots.
