SECURE SHOPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE 

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE GOVERN YOUR PURCHASES OF PRODUCTS FROM LEGEND OF TIME INC. (“COMPANY”). EVERY TIME YOU MAKE A PURCHASE ON OUR SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE. Every order you place through the Company will be deemed your offer to purchase our products. We may accept your offer either through an e-mail confirmation or through shipment of the items you requested. Our acceptance of each offer as specified is expressly subject to and conditioned on your acceptance of these (and only these) Terms and Conditions of Sale.

SHIPPING

Shipping is free for all orders within continental United States. Orders generally ship within 2 business days from when payment has cleared. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once shipped.

International Duty / Taxes and Shipping


Legend of Time, Inc. does not assess duties for international orders; furthermore International orders are subject to applicable customs, and import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details. Under federal law we will not mark an item for a lower price or as a '"gift." All International Orders over $500.00 will ship via FedEx/UPS and are subject to FedEx/UPS Delivery Fees, in addition to all applicable duties and taxes. We do ship APO/FPO, and all packages will ship via USPS. All packages are insured for the purchase price.

MONEY MATTERS


All prices shown on this site are subject to change without notice.  Prices stated at beginning of shipment apply. Applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges are not included in the product prices, but all such charges will be added to your invoice and will be visible at Check Out before you complete your purchase.  We arrange for shipment of products purchased on the site, but we are not liable for delays in shipments as shipping schedules are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If for some reason we can not ship your products within thirty (30) days, we will provide you with notice and an estimate of time for delivery and an option for refund, substitute goods (at our discretion) and/or to maintain the order. All payments (including shipping and handling charges) must be received by Company prior to shipping.  We accept payment only by the following methods: Amex, Master Card, Visa and Discover. Checkout services available are thru Credit Card, PayPal & Google Checkout.

LIMITED WARRANTIES

Every item is 100% authentic. How are we able to offer discounts? Simply because we are not an Authorized Dealer, we are not held to the manufacturers terms so we can discount our goods. Since we are not authorized we do not supply the manufacturer's warranty. Understanding our customers' concerns, we therefore offer our own warranty.

We provide warranty coverage of 1 year from the date of purchase on all pre-owned watches that we sell, and 2 years on all new items. Our warranty covers the watch movement only. We do not cover batteries, cases, bracelets, straps, crystals, finishes or damages caused by wear and tear or physical abuse. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.


Our only liability under such warranties, whether in tort, contract or otherwise, will be, at our option, to repair or replace the products.  IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR MORE THAN WE WERE PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS.  We have no liability to pay any costs for repairs performed by anyone other than us. THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES MADE TO YOU, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND LEGEND OF TIME INC. HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  WE WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE USE OF A PRODUCT.

PRIVACY POLICY & CREDIT CARD SECURITY

We want you to feel safe and secure when you shop with us at www.legendoftime.com.  Legendoftime.com WILL NOT share ANY customer information or database with ANY other company. Legendoftime.com does not believe in or practice spamming. We have taken several steps to make sure that your personal information is highly secure. The secured pages will show a secured URL ("https://") and a lock sign on your browser. When you enter your credit card number into the Order Form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to the server. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process. 


Should you have any problem with your credit card charge, we will give you our prompt attention and work to resolve the issue. You may also dispute charges with your credit card company.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days. You must get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and a Return address from us, before sending it back. Keep your purchase, accessories, security tags if provided, and all packing materials in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise.

Orders over $5,000 have an 8% restocking Fee unless otherwise agreed by the Legend of Time staff via mail, fax or e-mail.

All Special Order (Watch Finder Service) are NON-Returnable.  Warranty is the same as all other items.

Shipping and Item Problems: When your order is received, if there are any noticeable discrepancies with your item (Damaged, Defective), or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact Legend of Time, Inc. within 3 days of receipt of your shipment to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies notified to Legend of Time, Inc. after 3 business days might not be honored for replacement. In the unlikely event of goods received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc. Legend of Time, Inc. must be notified within 3 days of receipt and furthermore reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. Legend of Time, Inc. cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturers' original packaging.

We may cancel any accepted order before shipment without liability, including, without limitation, if our credit card department does not approve your credit or if there are any other payment-related problems.
