Willy Bogner, Jr. is a former alpine ski racer and a renowned fashion designer. He competed for West Germany at the 1960 Winter Olympics in Squaw Valley in the men's slalom. In the World Championships of 1966 in Portillo, Chile he placed 4th place in the slalom & 5th place in the combined. He worked as a cameraman in several films requiring complex ski footage. His most notable work in this field can be seen in James Bond films from the 1960s through to the 1980s. Specifically he worked in "On Her Majesty's Secret Service", "The Spy Who Loved Me", "For Your Eyes Only" and "A View to a Kill". He actually played James Bond 007 in three of these movies for skiing routines. Roger Moore wears ski wear designed by Bogner in the Bond movies. Willy Bogner continues to be active within both the film and fashion aspects of his career.
