In the 1930s, Junghans were manufacturing control panel instruments for aeroplanes and airships, ultimately devising a legendary pilot chronograph for the German Armed Forces in the 1950s. The fascination with aviation is clearly evident in the Meister Pilot: Distinctive luminescent numerals and hands on the dial ensure optimum readability. The ergonomically designed bezel provides exceptional grip, as well as a unique look.

A guarantee of two years from the date of purchase is given on this Junghans watch. Within this period, any production defects will be corrected free of charge. Should this in our estimation not be possible, or be uneconomical, a replacement will be provided in the form of a watch of the same or, at our discretion, a similar model. Any damage caused to wristwatches by incorrect use or undue strain is not covered by the guarantee. The strap, glass and battery are likewise not covered. The same applies if the production number on the bottom of the watchcase is removed or rendered illegible. The value of any replacement is limited to the cost of the original model. No liability is accepted for any secondary or consequential damage or losses. Failure to follow the instructions for using or looking after the watch shall be deemed incorrect use. When making any guarantee claim, please take your watch together with your receipt and properly filled out guarantee card to an authorized Junghans dealer, if possible the dealer from whom you bought the watch. The risk of sending the watch back is borne by the sender.

The unmistakable design and mechanical independence make the timepiece the perfect wrist-borne co-pilot. The distinctive design elements of the legendary Junghans pilot watch from the 1950s are also to be found in the series model of the Meister Pilot. The timepiece combines these with the smooth and stylish design of the current Meister collection. The elegant and discreet design of the case and the flowing shape of the lugs focus the attention of the pilot on the large-time display. The domed sapphire crystal provides an ideal view of the clear luminescent numerals and distinctive hands. The watch enables good legibility, even in poor lighting conditions and at night. On the dial itself, there is a bicompax display, the two totalizers of which are laid out on the 3-9 axis.
