Guaranteed Authentic
With over 30 years of expertise since 1994, our watch specialists inspect each luxury timepiece to confirm authenticity and detail before it is offered for sale.
What Our Inspection Includes
- Verification of case, dial, hands, and markings for consistency and originality
- Movement identification and functional evaluation
- Serial/reference documentation (when applicable)
- Condition review and listing accuracy confirmation
Note: Vintage and pre-owned watches may show signs of age and prior service. Any known details are disclosed in the product listing.
Limited Warranty Coverage
We provide warranty coverage from the date of purchase as follows:
- New watches: 2-year warranty on the watch movement
- Pre-owned watches: 1-year warranty on the watch movement
What’s Covered
This limited warranty covers the movement for manufacturer defects or mechanical failure under normal use, as determined by our service assessment.
What’s Not Covered
- Batteries
- Cases, crystals, bezels, bracelets, straps, clasps
- Cosmetic wear, finishing, scratches, dents, discoloration
- Water damage, moisture, or condensation
- Damage caused by impact, misuse, accident, or neglect
- Any service, modification, polishing, or repair performed by a third party
Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us before sending your watch. We will provide instructions for secure, insured shipping and next steps.
At our discretion, warranty fulfillment may include repair or replacement. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
