Every model in this collection is an automatic mechanical chronograph made in Germany. The differences are found in the dial colors, case finishes, straps, bracelets, complications, and limited-edition details.
A telemeter estimates the distance of an event that can be both seen and heard. Start the chronograph when you see the event, such as lightning, and stop it when you hear the sound. The scale indicates the approximate distance.
