General Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase for all items bought online at legendoftime.com or in-store at our Legend of Time Chicago location. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn condition, including all accessories, tags, and packaging.


Return Process

  1. Contact Us:

    • Request a return authorization within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
    • Ensure the package is fully insured and trackable for safe return.
  3. Packaging:

    • Place the watch, along with all accessories (stickers, tags, warranty card, etc.), in its original box.
    • Securely pack the original box inside a sturdy outer shipping box.
  4. Inspection & Refund:

    • Returns will be inspected by our watchmaker, which typically takes 10 business days from the date we receive your package.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Conditions for Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that are special ordered, personalized, or engraved
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations
  • Items missing original accessories (tags, box, warranty card, etc.)

If any of the above applies, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or decline the return.


International Returns

The same return policy applies to international buyers. All return shipping, insurance costs, customs fees, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.


Additional Information

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within the 7-day window.
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during return shipping if proper insurance and tracking are not used.
