RETURN POLICY

ONLINE PURCHASES & IN STORE

Customer satisfaction is most important to us and if, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange your watch, we will try to accommodate your request quickly and easily. 

For all purchases made online at legendoftime.com and in store at Legend of Time CHICAGO location we will provide a refund or exchange within 14 DAYS of delivery provided the item is in the same condition.

Refunds will be processed after watchmaker inspection usually about 10 days from shipping item back; you should expect to see the refund applied to the original form of payment.

If you paid for your watch via trade-in, or wish to exchange the watch, please contact us bellow and we will process your request.

Please return all items in the same condition, with the same accessories.  Please note that we are unable to accept returns for any items that have been special ordered, personalized or engraved, damaged, or worn. If items that were sold with the watch are missing or the watch is worn or damaged, we may charge a restocking fee or reject the item.

International Returns

Same policy applies to International buyers, however, any return shipping/insurance costs, customs fees, and taxes will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Steps for Returns/Exchanges 
  • First, contact us within 7 days from the date of shipment to request a return authorization.

  • Once the return authorization has been issued, we will email you pre-paid, fully insured shipping labels.

  • You MUST use the prepaid return-shipping label sent to you.  Legend of Time will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if the package is lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled.

How to Ship Your Watch 
  • Print out your shipping label.

  • Grab a very sturdy box, or double box.

  • Pack your watch along with all accessories (stickers, tags, warranty card, etc.)  original box and papers.

  • Pack the inner box into the larger outer box.

  • Tape the shipping label to the outer box.
