Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every timepiece we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a structured 7-day return window.

New & Authorized Watches

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify, the watch must be in original, unworn condition with all factory protective stickers intact and free from scratches, strap creasing, sizing, or signs of wrist wear. All packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.

Returns require prior authorization. Customers are responsible for fully insured, trackable return shipping. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after verification. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns that show signs of handling beyond normal inspection may be subject to a restocking fee.

Special orders, personalized or engraved items are not eligible for return. Exchanges within the 7-day window are encouraged.

Pre-Owned Timepieces

Due to the unique nature of pre-owned watches, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

The watch must be returned in the exact condition in which it was delivered, without additional wear, polishing, sizing, or alteration.

Authorized returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 5% to cover inspection, authentication, and processing.

Customers are responsible for insured, trackable return shipping and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Legend of Time reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
