Shipping & Delivery (USA)
We offer complimentary insured shipping on all orders within the United States. All timepieces are shipped fully insured for the purchase price and require an adult signature upon delivery.
For security reasons, orders ship to the address provided at checkout and cannot be rerouted once in transit.
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days unless otherwise noted. If we are unable to ship your order within 7 business days, we will contact you with an updated timeline and provide the option to cancel for a full refund.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed signature delivery. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
International orders are fully insured and require signature upon delivery. A flat rate of $125 applies to most international shipments; however, final shipping costs may vary depending on destination and carrier requirements.
Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and import regulations imposed by the destination country.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, customs issues, or delivery restrictions, return shipping and associated fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Address Accuracy & Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and prevent fraud, orders may be subject to verification prior to shipment. We reserve the right to request additional identification or documentation when necessary.
Orders must ship to the verified billing address or an approved shipping address. We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and handling fees are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipment in cases of pricing errors, payment issues, or incomplete authorization.
